Bias Alert – I believe everyone should turn their phone off a few hours during the day!
Why would I say that? I think people are more important than phones and hopefully we spend hours each day with people.

Here are my suggestions:
- Turn your phone OFF in class unless the teacher requests otherwise.
- Take advantage of ‘Do Not disturb” and “Airplane Mode” options.
- Turn your phone off as a group when you are with friends – you will be amazed at the impact this has…and reveal how often you reach for your phone.
